Friday the 13th can be a day of powerful manifestation… for building and carrying out visions.

The choice is yours — in this, and every moment — do you fear the unknown, or see it as a chance to celebrate opportunity and growth?

Sound can be a powerful tool to realign and ground us. Wind chimes have always grounded me, as has the sound of wind moving through leaves — guiding me to feel connected to something greater. Sound is powerful. We are powerful.

I invite you to gift yourself a moment of stillness. To intentionally breathe, and listen. Truly listen.

Will we see you tonight under Saturn's Glow? One of your hosts, Amy is pictured with a little visitor, as we explored the grounds.

Dragonflies are believed to be messengers between realms; carrying guidance and Divine wisdom from ancestors and spirit guides.
Their ability to move swiftly and gracefully through air and water symbolizes their connection between the physical and spiritual worlds.
Because they undergo a dramatic transformation from water-dwelling nymphs to agile flyers; dragonflies represent personal growth, rebirth, and the reclamation of power.
Their sudden appearance, especially in a moment of stillness, is thought to signal a time of awakening or a call to embrace change. When a dragonfly lands on you, it is sharing its gift of interdimensional travel; carrying messages and prayers back to the spirit realm.

A Sunset to Starlight Yoga & Sound Journey

Autumn Equinox on Spry Lake

On the eve of the equinox, we’ll gather on the still waters of Spry Lake to honour balance and renewal.
☕ Opening circle with cacao
🌙 Gentle yoga at sunset
🎶 Floating sound bath on glowing paddle boards
🌀 Closing with warm tea + reflection
🔥 NEW!!! Optional campfire with live music from Dan Dwoskin (P.W.Y.C)

Flow through gentle sunset yoga, to move into a grounded and present state. Then drift into a restorative sound bath on softly glowing paddle boards tethered to a floating dock sanctuary. Crystal bowls and chimes will carry across the water, weaving with the nighttime chorus of frogs, crickets, and bats. With Saturn shining in opposition, this rare celestial evening invites you to release, flow, and reconnect — with nature, the universe, and yourself.
