Even though our "best" doesn't always look the same, try to do what you can each day to be true to yourself, to try new things and to practice gratitude for what you are able to achieve or for what you have. Holding ourselves to personal standards is important, but please remember that each day we have different available energy to give and that is OKAY. Do what you can and be proud of yourself for that. 💜

If you continue to repress emotional needs and do so in order to find "acceptance" or praise from others, there is a higher likelihood that this will have a negative impact on your physical health.

Take care of yourself and find safe spaces to address your emotional needs in healthy ways.
