Staying on CPAP can actually improve nighttime breathing and reduce next-day fatigue while your body recovers.
Make sure to:
• Clean your mask more frequently
• Check that your filter is fresh
• Keep humidification at a comfortable level
• Consider using a full face mask during periods of nasal congestion so you can continue therapy even if you can’t breathe through your nose
