Bike fit is the MOST important step to ensure your ride is safe. ↪️ Bike fit isn’t optional, we ask every new participant to be in the studio 15 minutes early for a bike fit. 🌟 We don’t guess…we use tools! At Pedal Works Café & Studios our certified Spinning®️ Instructors know how to bike fit you properly ✅ Set up properly before taking any indoor cycling class ~ an incorrect bike fit can cause serious injuries. Be SAFE❤️
