We’re kicking off our 2026 Artist Picks with our friend . You’ve seen her art, now let's see what's on her station!

Rali aka , owns XYZ Tattoo Studio, a private shop located in one of our favourite places - Montreal, Canada’s heartbeat when it comes to art, music, food and culture in general. Now approaching her 10th anniversary as a tattooist, Rali started her apprenticeship back in 2016 while still working in feature animation. She made the move to tattooing full-time in 2017.

Her style is a very bold Black & Red-based Illustrative style that we love so much, we asked her to create the artwork for our staff shirt this year… and she absolutely fu***ng killed it. 🙏

Like many of you, when she’s not at the shop, Rali can be found indulging in artsy hobbies like book binding, and hanging out with her dog (and maybe not so common, her parrot). Preparing for her later life as a babushka druid, she’s also known for hoarding tea and tea cups, and kicking back with a good book (that she may or may not have bound herself).

Thank you again Rali for banging out this year's Eikon shirt, and for all your support over the years. 🫖 Cheers!

Welcome back to the tent 🎪 and Tin Can Alley. We pitted Stef (Blue Team) against Michael (Red Team) in a battle of the winless. Stef entered the ring hoping for redemption. She left with a perfect record… of failure. While Michael finally remembered how to throw an object with accuracy, Stef cemented her legacy as the player who couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, let alone a tin can.

We handed darts to Mark (the “creative”) and Ben (the customer service wizard), and spun the wheel. Ben played it safe. Mark, however, chose violence—mostly against his own team. He popped his own balloons. He stabbed the elf. It was a masterclass in self-sabotage.
