We are allowed to remain open, but after consulting with KFL&A Public Health and KGH, we will be adding additional questions to our screening process, in order to keep our clients, our clinic, and our families, as safe as possible. It is a privilege that we are able to continue working, so all that we ask, is that you answer the questions honestly and accurately. With that being said, we respect the decision of each of our clients. If you would rather postpone your appointment until a time that you feel more comfortable, we completely understand.
Our screening questions will be as follows:
1) In the last 14 days, have you travelled outside of KFL&A region, or had visitors from outside of KFL&A region?
2) Have you, or anyone in your home, had a positive Covid-19 test, or waiting on the results of a test?
3) Are you experiencing any new or worsening symptoms of: fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, headaches, loss of taste or smell
If you have had to answer Yes to any of the questions, we ask that you please rebook your appointment. We will continue to update our screening and disinfecting practices as guided by Public Health.
