Sticking to health goals with consistency is hard.
There’s safety in familiarity, but what’s familiar isn’t always aligned with our health goals.
What autopilot patterns do you have to manage everyday in order to show up?
Remember, high performing don’t have an endless pool of will power. Showing up everyday requires energy, and a lot of times that energy is directed at the push pull between what’s familiar and comfortable and what’s unfamiliar and uncomfortable.
✨Putting this out there on social media feels super uncomfortable for me. It’s a clip from a recent talk on health habits - I enjoyed this one a lot, and yet the newness of being more visible feels threatening.
