As 2025 inches towards completion, I am finding myself deep in contemplation, reflection and gratitude.

Gratitude for the lessons learned. Yes, even the "I don't think I can do this" ones too.

Gratitude for my sight - both inner and external. Almost losing my sight in my left eye in March, emergency surgery and the months and months of recovery (that still goes on). A big lesson in surrender and trust.

Gratitude to my children for teaching me in real time, through good times and the worst I've ever had, that I was born to be their mother. That we chose each other, in another time, to do this thing called life together again.

Gratitude for like minded, soul connecting clients from all 4 corners of this world, who trust me with their gentle, open hearts and minds.

Despite taking a month off for recovery with my eye, I reached an income level that I've never reached before. To have surpassed my goals in that way is absolutely incredible.

Gratitude in connecting to 410 new clients this year.

My heart is SO full.

Thank you for being here, in this little corner of the internet where I try to show up day by day as my true self. Knowing that somehow, in someway, that helps you show up as yours too.

A winter solstice card pull for you.

I pulled this earlier today before my group mediumship event and I felt it was the absolute perfect message for this season.

This is a card of support and intentions being heard and wishes being met.

An energy of positivity around things you're working on now.

This guidance says "I hear you, I see you, I support you. Let me light the way for you when you cannot see the way for yourself".

Recently heard a song released about the Mother Line ( Mother by Sarah Diamond). And there's a lyric that goes...

" My mother's mother's mother's mother's mother must have said a prayer for me ...."

And this got me wondering about who my
Mother's mother's mother's mother's mother was.

So off I went to my ancestry family tree. And found her.

Mary Ann Callaghan, first generation Canadian born to Irish immigrant parents from Sligo, Ireland.

I've loved learning about her and feeling her connection all the way down the mother line in me.

Perfect timing for Mother's Night on the eve of Yule 💗

Mother’s Night is the sacred night that falls on the eve of Yule, steeped in deep ancestral memory and feminine power. It is the night we honor our Mothers - ancestral spirits, matriarchs, and divine feminine forces who guard lineage, fate, and home. Those who have watched over us and helped us in our times of need. It is a night of stillness, mystery, and reverence, when the veil feels especially thin, and the old wisdom stirs.

Mother’s Night also marks a turning inward. The darkness has reached its peak, and the world pauses in breathless quiet before the return of the light. This is not a night for outward celebration, but for reflection, remembrance, and honoring what has carried us through the long year.

Candles are lit in silence, offerings are made, and prayers are whispered to those who came before, especially the women whose lives, labor, and love shaped the path beneath our feet.

Mother’s Night holds the womb-space of the year. It is the sacred pause between ending and beginning, where intentions are not yet spoken aloud but are gently formed in the heart. Grief, gratitude, and hope are all welcome here. Nothing needs to be fixed or decided. Simply being present is enough.

As the final night before Yule’s rebirth, Mother’s Night reminds us that light is born from darkness, strength is rooted in lineage, and transformation begins in quiet devotion. It is a night to honor where you come from and to trust what is quietly growing within you.
