Today we want to give a BIG thank you to our amazing maintenance man, Carlos! We truly don’t know what we’d do without him. From changing a light bulb to helping our residents grab a coffee, Carlos is always there with a helping hand.
You’ll always find him with a warm smile and a sweet hello, making everyone’s day just a little brighter. We are so grateful for all the care and dedication he brings to our community every single day. 💙

What an eventful, culture-filled week at Briargate!
From the festive spirit of Mardi Gras and Shrove Tuesday to the joy and tradition of Chinese New Year, our community was full of flavour, fun, and meaningful moments.
Residents enjoyed delicious pancakes, sipped on homemade mocktails, took part in the beloved red envelope tradition, and indulged in a mouthwatering Chinese lunch.
At Briargate, we love celebrating the rich cultures and special traditions that bring our community together — because every occasion is better when it’s shared. ❤️
