We want to officially introduce our newest team member to Deep Rooted Massage & Wellness 🌿

Help us welcome Dr. Natalie David to our Sydenham clinic. Dr. Natalie is a Kingston-native chiropractor who is passionate about providing evidence-based, patient-focused care. After getting her BHSc with a specialisation in Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University, she went on to earn her Doctorate from CMCC in Toronto. She was quick to return home to serve her community, where she has worked for over five years. She obtained additional training in prenatal, postnatal, and paediatric eduction, and is certified in instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy and the Webster Technique.

Throughout her career, she has worked in multidisciplinary environments, collaborating with physiotherapists, physicians, massage therapists, naturopathic doctors and personal trainers. These experiences allow her to deliver coordinated, holistic care. Her treatment style blends hands-on techniques - such as spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, flexion-distraction, spinal decompression and soft tissue therapy - with supportive active rehabilitation. Natalie’s approach is rooted in listening closely, tailoring each treatment to the individual, and giving patients the tools they need to feel better both in and outside of the clinic. Her aim is always to reduce pain, restore comfortable movement, and help people feel stronger in their bodies.

When she’s not treating patients, Natalie can be found running, reading, snowboarding, or enjoying time in South Frontenac with her fiancé, two young boys, and their German shepherd, Luna.

Dr. Natalie will be taking new patients in the new year at our new location of 4421 George street Sydenham.

New service announcement 📣

Please help us welcome Dr. Natalie David to the team! We are thrilled to be offering Chiropractic Care to our South Frontenac community as of January 5th.

Dr. Natalie David is a Kingston-native chiropractor dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-focused care. She holds a BHSc from Western University and a Doctorate from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, with additional training in prenatal, postnatal and paediatric care, as well as certification in instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy and the Webster Technique. Her approach blends hands-on techniques with active rehabilitation, supported by her experience working alongside massage therapists, physiotherapists, physicians, and other health professionals. She loves helping people to move pain-free and get back to the activities that matter most to them.

Deep Rooted Massage has been practicing since July 2014 under the name of ForeverYoung Massage and decided to re-brand in 2018 due to growth. Morgan Warren Owner/RMT along with Allyssa Lepine RMT, Shannan Kerr RMT, Chantal Gignac RMT, Elena Hurley RMT and Jerika Poole RMT are the faces behind Deep Rooted Massage.
