Tight, stiff, sore?

We all know by this point that pandemic life is just not conducive to well balanced human movement.

With a lack of walking to work and meetings coupled with the added stress of parenting, work and online student learning it's understandable that everyone's bodies are feeling very locked up with this lockdown!

If you are struggling the key is to listen to your body and to make sure you don't let your pain and discomfort turn into a much larger issue or even an injury.

Regular walks, daily stretching and check-ups with your physiotherapist are all key to making sure you jump out of lock down feeling your very best!

Quarantine is turning you into a stiff, hunched-over, itchy, sore, headachy husk.

Yes. In a twist of irony the pandemic has affected the human body like we have been stuck on a very long plane ride!
