Welcome to our team!
It is with great pleasure that we welcome Thomas Sinaguglia RMT to our fantastic team here at Limestone City Chiropractor and Registered Massage. Thomas will be taking patients starting NEXT WEEK! He will be in our office Weds, Thurs and Fri’s.

Thomas is an RMT who focuses on managing symptoms by addressing the cause of pain. He believes that working deliberately, asking lots of questions, and emphasising education and self-management help to generate rehabilitation. His interests are injury recovery and pain management. He has experience in sports-massage, aiding people with age related concerns or disabilities, as well as managing health or work related injuries. 

Thomas has successfully aided patients with issues such as disc herniation, tennis/golfers elbow, plantar fasciitis, low back pain, and many hip, knee, and shoulder pathologies. Thomas is passionate about having an open-ended dialogue with clients, where one feels free to elaborate on their needs and goals. He believes that trust between patient and therapist is essential to have a positive impact on an individual’s health. 

In his free time Thomas enjoys exercise, photography, reading and travel. He sees being outdoors as a way to experience the richness of life, and is passionate about cultivating new skills and interests on a regular basis.
