CannaConnect Trenton invites all Veterans and First Responders (plus one guest) to join us for a FREE Paint Day at the Trenton Wellness Lounge.

This guided session will be led by professional artist Mary Fielder (Army to Artist). No painting experience is required. Just come ready to relax, create, and enjoy the afternoon.

What’s included:

All painting supplies

Food and drinks

A completed painting to take home

This event is all about connection, creativity, and taking a break in a welcoming space.

Gentle movement, mindfulness and the simple joy of interacting with animals can help lower stress and bring a sense of calm that reminds us how powerful connection can be.

It’s impossible not to smile when a puppy decides to join your yoga pose!

A BIG Thank you Muskoka Puppy Yoga and everyone who came out today and helped create such a beautiful moment. Sometimes healing looks a lot like this. 💚🐾

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming Well Suited Kingston into our lounge to share the incredible services they provide to Veterans and anyone in need of quality clothing to help them look and feel their best.

As two local organizations committed to supporting our community, we had some great conversations about the ripple effect of good deeds and how powerful it is when businesses and people come together to lift others up.

We’re excited to share that they will soon be setting up a donation bin in our lounge and it won’t be limited to suits! You’ll be able to drop off gently used clothing items to help support this amazing initiative.

It was a wonderful day filled with connection, learning and growth.

Stay tuned for details on when we’ll begin accepting your donations.

This Wednesday!
Join us for a coffee at 10:30 AM to discover the amazing work done by Well Suited Kingston. You’ll learn about their initiatives supporting Veterans and transitioning CAF members, which include assistance with suiting and skill-building workshops.

Upcoming Donation Drive:
In March 2026, CannaConnect Kingston will organize a Donation Drive to benefit Well Suited Kingston. We are collecting suits, ties, belts and shoes, to aid Veterans as they transition to civilian life. The date for this event is still to be determined so, stay tuned!

A huge THANK YOU to Norm's Golf & Social for hosting CannaConnect Kingston for such a wonderful afternoon! The space, atmosphere, and hospitality were absolutely top notch. We’re so grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to connect in such a fun setting. 💚⛳️

Norm’s is more than just a great local spot-it was opened in honour of Norm Wall a proud veteran and avid golfer by his grandson to carry on his name and legacy. That story alone makes supporting this space even more meaningful to our community.
