As we step into 2026, we want to take a moment to look back and say THANK YOU for an incredible 2025!! 💚

This past year at CannaConnect Kingston was full of connection, community and some truly great moments in the lounge. From events and conversations to new friendships and familiar faces. Thank you to everyone who supported us, attended events and brought a friend!

We are excited to be in 2026 and look forward to continuing to grow with all of you. Here is to more connection, more community and more great moments ahead. ✨

Learning something new can be a powerful act of healing. Stepping outside familiar routines and into a new environment creates space for growth, confidence and purpose.
Programs like GotYoursix Ironworks offer more than just a skill. They also provide connection, structure and a sense of belonging. When you can come together to learn, create and challenge yourself in a supportive setting, barriers come down and conversations open up. These shared experiences remind us that we are capable, valued and most importantly not alone.

Sometimes, learning a new skill isn’t about the skill itself, it’s about reconnecting with others, rediscovering strengths and finding a path forward!

CannaConnect Kingston and 1000 Islands Chapter, Delta Waterfowl Ontario are teaming up to giveaway 3 turkeys, NOW $600 in gift cards and groceries to complete a holiday meal for a family or individual in need.
The recipient must be a Veteran, RCMP member, First Responder or their spouse. We invite you to nominate someone, including yourself.

1 Turkey
10 lb bag of potatoes
1 bag of carrots
2 boxes of stuffing
1 can of cranberry sauce
1 package of gravy
1 package of Bisquick biscuit mix
1 box of brownie mix
$200 in Prepaid Visa gift cards

We will contact the selected 3 recipients on Thursday, December 18th. Packages can be collected at our lounge on Friday, December 19th.

A huge thank you to Jamie and Tammy for welcoming us into their lovely home and preparing a traditional Newfoundland feast. The pease pudding and salt beef were definitely the stars of the meal-simply delicious!

Every now and then, it’s refreshing to break away from the routine. Building connections is essential for healing and personal growth. Learn, Heal, Thrive! 💚

On Wednesday, December 17th, Wednesday Coffee will be transformed into a cozy, delightful Holiday Breakfast! We invite you to come and join us!

Our Wednesday coffee scheduled for tomorrow from 9 AM to 12 PM has been cancelled due to the impending inclement weather and the ongoing heating issues in the lounge. Safety comes first!
Please stay warm and safe. We will return to our regular schedule next week for our holiday breakfast.

A big shout out to Royal Canadian Legion 560 Kingston Ontario for hosting their annual Veteran’s dinner!

CannaConnect Kingston was there among many others supporting our wonderful Veteran community.
