Your skincare should adapt to seasonal changes, especially in the winter months!
Winter adjustments you should consider for your daily routine:

1) Cleansers: Switch to gentler cream based cleansers to avoid stripping natural oils
2) Exfoliation: Be more cautious with exfoliation during the winter months by using a mild exfoliator in your routine to reduce build up while maintaining your skin barrier.
3) Moisturizers: Switch to heavier creams and oils *** Look for hyaluronic acid and glycerin ingredients to lock in moisture
4) Hydration: Consider using a humidifier to combat the dry winter air
5) Sunscreen: Don't forget your sunscreen! UV rays still affect your skin in the winter!
