Do you see what I see? Swipe right for hints. This lovely boy has a history of stifle instability. Through no fault of the owner and riders, he has developed substantially more muscle mass on the left side as he tends to rely on it more when out living his best horse life. Regular exercises that isolate the hind leg along with ongoing bodywork can help to correct this imbalance.
