Here's our dessert that followed our family style dinner of roasted chicken, salad, roasted new potatoes, and broccoli. Chef Mark did it up beautifully again!
Wire art we created through an emotion exercise with Debra Donaldson. Later using our art, we danced out our creation and used our body to express the emotions.
To finish things up this morning, we created our unique cards from the cards that my Mom, Denise West, made by highlighting the words that were meaningful for us and then each writing our "At the Core" statements within. We discovered these "At the Core" statements through the activities did with Darcy Shenfield. Finally, we each visited the other participants' cards and wrote who we saw them as at their fullest.
It was a wonderful weekend and was my pleasure to share it with Debra, Darcy, Val, and Natasha!
We all take away better awareness of our emotions and how they present in our body as well as Who We Are, What is Important to Us, and How to Get on that Path. Who we are is a timeless definition that will help us shape the evolving pieces of What is Important to Us and How to Get on That Path via a living document to serve us and evolve over our life!
