It’s a great activity to help with your hip flexion :)
It’s fun , can be competitive, can be challenging, it’s very worth the time to learn and get out to play

Curling season is fast approaching. We are excited to be offering new opportunity to curl. Mondays we will be running adult base learn to curl lessons. Our Monday league night will be position play, sign up for the position you like to play, 3 random team draw throughout the season. Great way to meet more people and see how others play the game.
We will offer Rent a Rink, get some friends together and come out and give curling a try stress free. * on ice availability
