I’m happy to announce a new Chair Yoga session is starting this winter.

We’ll meet in person or online on Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, from December 20 to January 10.

This series is designed to help you move gently, breathe deeply, and feel more at ease in your body—especially during the colder months. Chair yoga is accessible to everyone, whether you're looking to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, support your balance, or simply enjoy a calming hour for yourself.

The full session is $70, and we’ll be practicing in a small, friendly group.

If you feel called to join, I would love to have you there.

Hello dear community,
In case you’re interested I am incorporating Restorative yoga with Reiki during private sessions.
I am a 500 hours yoga instructor and level 2 in Reiki and both tools combined are a wonderful aid to be just as we are, feeling just what we feel and to release tension and fatigue.
You can come to my personal studio or I can go to your place if it's in West Island.
