Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Garlic & Herbs

Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

Prostate-Supporting Tomato & Lentil Soup

Rich in lycopene, fiber, and plant-based protein to support prostate and hormone health.

This soup is easy to make, comforting, and filled with ingredients shown to protect the prostate, reduce inflammation, and support overall vitality—especially for men over 40.

🥣 Ingredients (Serves 4):
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes (no salt added)
4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
¾ cup dry red lentils, rinsed
1 cup chopped spinach or kale
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

🔥 Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in garlic, turmeric, and cumin. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add diced tomatoes, broth, and lentils. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes, until lentils are tender.
