We believe the best programs are built with our community, not just for them. If you are a CHCKW client (Primary Care, Diabetes Education, or Health & Wellness) and are 50 years of age or older, we invite you to join our upcoming focus group.

Your feedback is vital to creating engaging and meaningful activities for local seniors. Come share your ideas, meet others, and help us plan for June!

Our Tranquil Essence for HER series continues on March 11th! We are creating a safe, culturally rooted space for Black women to discuss "Reclaiming Our Bodies, Confidence & Power."

This session features Kendra, Nurse Practitioner, who will lead a vital conversation on sexual health, reproductive wellness, and breaking down cultural taboos. Whether you want to learn more about self-advocacy in healthcare or building healthy boundaries, this space is for you.

We are so excited to announce that our gardening program is returning to CHCKW this March! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or have never touched a trowel, come join us to learn the basics of gardening.

We’ll cover everything from:
✅ Starting seedlings indoors
✅ Successful transplanting
✅ Caring for your vegetable garden for a maximum harvest!
