Everyone can benefit from YOGA
I know yoga can be scary and intimidating sometimes, but the beauty of yoga is the practice is for every BODY
Young, aging, fit or just beginner yoga has the ability to transform your mind, body and soul.
You can move at your own pace. If there is something you can not do that day, just find a pose you CAN do and modify by choosing that one. For example if you find it challenging to do bridge pose, then just lie in savasana(corpse pose).
Or you can just do your best in that pose. It does not have to be perfect. It’s your practice and its ok to rest and modify.
Just the breath work alone is another modification you can choose. Breath work aids in a sense of calm and well being, lowers stress and helps with your physical awareness
So yes…yoga is for you! Any age, and any fitness level!
