I know ive been in silent mode for a while, work life balance has got me stuck in a bit of a rut. However I wanted to let you know im still here for all of your epicure wants and needs.

So I just whipped this up and I'm drooling!!
Mushrooms? And onions?
Not only does it go great with a BBQ steak, in mushroom soup, on top of chicken, in a roast or as a side dish for almost every meal... It smells fantastic...

Using our epicure blends of minced garlic, herbed garlic sea salt, and a few pinches of better than bacon
On top of cremini mushrooms (I find they're heartier and give that creamy touch when sauteed with butter)

*I Also added a lil bit of the bacon grease from the bacon that I cooked for breakfest in my multipurpose steamer
*You can also add some steamed asparagus or whatever other veg you prefer- peppers, cherry tomato,

Voila! Tasty and easy!!!
