We're Hiring ✨ Client Success Coordinator
What is this? What’s happening?
The studio is growing and we need your help! It’s been mostly run by Ellie, but there’s now too much for one person to manage. We’re looking to bring one wonderful Kindred Spirit on board to help with day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly.
Duties:
- Respond to day-to-day client communications including phone, email and social media
- Handle customer service; respond to complaints, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction
- Coordinate between instructors, volunteers, and others for scheduling of classes and special events
- Monitor performance and cancellation of classes, implement new strategies to boost revenue
- Monitor inventory and supply levels for reordering purposes
- Assist with social media content and reviewing marketing materials, monthly email updates
- Help make the studio better with your own ideas!
Pay & Schedule:
- This will be a 6 month contract position
- Pay will be $800/month
- Hours are flexible, expected to be between 5-8 hours a week
(Only set hours would be community events and meetings)
