These four key “happy chemicals” play a big role in how you feel every day:
✨ Dopamine – fuels motivation and celebrates your achievements (even tiny ones, like finishing a task).
✨ Serotonin – keeps your mood steady and calm (think: sunlight, movement, and foods like bananas, eggs, turkey, nuts, and leafy greens).

So many of us grew up learning just enough about our bodies to get by —but not enough to truly understand them. This week is a reminder that fertility awareness isn’t only about getting pregnant or avoiding it — it’s about body literacy, informed choices, and feeling connected to yourself.

Let’s talk openly about cycles, ovulation, irregularities, fertility struggles, and everything in between.

Let’s support those trying to conceive, those facing infertility, and those simply wanting to better understand their bodies — without judgment or assumptions.
