Teta and Mike train together.
Teta's focus is on weight loss while at the same time rebuilding strength & balance from an ankle break. She's lost 50lbs and has incredible strength!
Mike's focus has been on strength and muscle mass, and he has increased in both!
At our facility, we tailor every session to the individual while creating a shared experience that makes fitness more enjoyable (and way more consistent).
