This holiday season, we’re proud to give back to a cause that’s close to our hearts ❤️

We’re collecting new, unopened toys for the Salvation Army’s Christmas Toy Drive — helping ensure that every child experiences the joy of the holidays.

This initiative holds special meaning for our team. Our very own Cemre Akinci shared that during her family’s first year in Canada, the Salvation Army supported them, making it possible for her younger sister to receive Christmas gifts. Now, years later, Cemre and our team are honoured to pay that kindness forward.

Our team had a great chat with one of our patients the other day and he asked us an interesting question. He said:

"I have been to 3 other hearing clinics and do you know why I chose you?", "Because you are the only clinics that still offers Old Fashioned Service"

Of course we all strive for excellent patient care, but this statement truly helped us understand the embodiment of what that means for our practice. So that is what we will continue to do! To provide Old Fashioned Service, to listen to our patients and to do everything we can to educate and diagnose your difficulties. And of course, this will only be possible through the use of our newest testing technologies that we are proud to have introduced this year!
