Beware of energetic vampires who knowingly or unknowingly feed off of you. This can drain your energy, lower your vibrations, and possibly cause illness or disease.🪬

Sometimes you have to tell people (or the energy) to back the F up to protect your peace - then go meditate. 🧘🏾‍♀️

The lower self isn’t bad, broken, or wrong.
It’s the protective, conditioned part of us.

• learned behaviors and habits

The lower self asks:
How do I stay safe? How do I avoid pain? How do I stay in control?

That’s why it reacts — fast, emotional, defensive.

The higher self is your observing, wiser awareness.

It’s connected to:
• intuition
• clarity
• long-term vision
• inner truth and values

The higher self asks:
What’s aligned? What’s honest? What leads to peace—even if it’s uncomfortable?

That’s why it responds — calm, intentional, grounded.
