The Kitchener Downtown Community Health Centre (KDCHC) and its satellite site Sanctuary are renewing their Strategic Plan and would like this new path forward to be informed by the perspectives of a wide range of people who contribute to the organization's success.

As a friend, volunteer, student or client of Sanctuary we're inviting you to share your input to help shape our Strategic Plan by completing this brief anonymous survey- see the link below.
