Taking a 200-hour YTT and becoming a yoga teacher is only the beginning, and a lot of 200-hour training programs have big gaps in their curriculum regarding history, political contexts, social justice, and accessibility in yoga spaces.

The questions that matter most often come after the 200-hour training is finished. This is the question we explore in this powerful continuing education module. "How do I integrate what we know about trauma and the nervous system into the way I teach?"

Sessions run Jan-April, online or hybrid.

A haven of sunshine, quiet and wide open space in the heart of busy downtown Kitchener. A place where people of varied demographics come together to learn and grow through the practices of yoga and meditation.
