🎨 Big news, Kitchener! 🖌️
We are thrilled to announce that the Bright Up The Park initiative has received a LoveMyHood grant to bring a brand-new mural to the Union St. entrance of Breithaupt Park! 
This is a community-led project, and we want the design to be shaped by you. Check out the poster below for details on how to: 
• Share your input through our online survey. 
• Join us in the park for upcoming events like our Earth Day Cleanup and Morning Coffee. 
• Connect with the team to ask questions and get involved.

I fully understand the importance of pets in your life and what it means to lose one. I decided to offer a focused therapy on pet loss and the stress associated with caregiving of high needs pets. The holidays can hold a lot of space—joy and connection, but also grief, stress, and high expectations. As we move through these next few days, I want to remind you that your peace is a priority. 🕊️
Take a moment to check in: What do you need right now? Maybe it’s a deep breath, a walk alone, or saying "no" to an extra commitment. Whatever it is, give yourself permission to honour it.
