Trinity Village is a supportive and caring non-profit community for older adults owned and operated by Lutheran Homes Kitchener-Waterloo. Made up of a Long Term Care Home, Adult Day Program and Independent Living Townhomes, Trinity Village is conveniently located on Kingsway Drive in Kitchener near Fairview Park Mall. Our Mission : In conjunction with community partners, Lutheran Homes Kitchener-Waterloo provides quality programs and facilities that enable people with housing, medical and social needs to live with dignity and respect. Our Vision: Lutheran Homes Kitchener-Waterloo, a faith-based ministry, will be a leader in providing superior care through innovative services and community partnerships that enable people to live with dignity and respect. This past December, our residents completed the Fall sessions of Opening Minds Through Art (OMA), an internationally recognized intergenerational program that empowers individuals living with dementia to express themselves through abstract art. During these sessions, our residents created artwork alongside students from Forest Heights Collegiate Institute, building intergenerational bonds and celebrating creativity, self-expression, and meaningful connections. Each piece reflects the resident’s imagination, individuality, and artistic voice. We’re proud to offer programs like OMA that enrich lives and foster connections across generations. 💚

Earlier this month, we were honoured to celebrate a Christmas Worship Service with St. Peter’s Church, bringing together residents and their loved ones. Through music, worship, and shared moments, the service celebrated connection, hope, and the spirit of the season. 🎄

✨ This month has been full of magical visits! ✨
Last week, the JK/SK students from St. Aloysius Elementary School visited our to spread holiday cheer and perform a beautiful concert for our clients.

The little ones also enjoyed a special visit from Santa. A delightful surprise that had everyone singing together and sharing even more joy!
