Poor Diesel had an accident this fall and needed surgery. His mom came to me for essential oil tips to help him heal. She used all of the tips and ideas I shared and his veterinarian was so pleased with his progress! Swipe to see how well he has healed. He is so happy that I couldn’t get him to sit still … and yes, Diesel, we can play ball now!

Sir Olaf had a hard time waiting for his breakfast this morning. This guy eats like a king lol! Switching him to raw and gently cooked food is making such a difference in his behaviour and now that he’s getting a little older, I add turmeric along with his allergy master blend to every meal with some digestive enzymes. Omegas are added to his supper as well. As you can tell, he has a wee bit of energy.

Uncomfortable topic alert: c-section scars and candida. It can happen to the best of us, but there are solutions! Personally, I use a good microfibre cloth to clean the scar and then apply DDR prime and castor oil.

Here is 17 year old me around the time the Blue Jays last went to the World Series. I made this cat love me! Now I know to diffuse some happy oils rather than pin my animal friends down. 😂

A teaspoon of mashed veggies are now added to all of Olaf’s meals along with digestive enzymes and essential oils to help with his allergies. We are noticing positive changes including less itching, healthy coat and no hot spots this year.

Like many of you, we have been trying to cook on a budget, even for the dog. Our grocery budget includes supplements, and Olaf is also on supplements for his allergies.

We have switched up his food, adding a wider variety of proteins, but the packaged raw food that he likes is expensive. Of course we have a fussy dog with allergies. 😉

I purchased this book and have gotten lots of great ideas to feed a balanced diet to help our pup. He loves salmon and I do not. 🤢 What I won’t do for this dog! Stay tuned for more fun on this new dog food journey ….

The animal aromatherapy course that I am taking has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve been working with my dog to see which essential oils he will allow me to use with him for his allergies. He is now jumping on the couch beside me and giving my arm a lick to let me know that he is ready for more of his allergy treatment. We have had such sweet tender moments during this process and I am so grateful to have found this natural solution for our little guy.

Our fur baby just turned eight and my goal is to help him live his best life. Today I signed up for a certification course to help me understand aromatherapy for pets. I can’t wait to serve all of my animal loving friends with the knowledge that I gain. Stay tuned!
