When you find yourself stressed and pulled in many directions, It really is helpful to have a neutral support or guide that helps you pair down priorities, develope a clear focus and start to relax your nervous system. I've worked with people who were juggling so much, that they've needed an outside perspective. I have helped bring them back to their center, find more balance and move from a chaotic space to one that fosters well being.

The starting point in self inquiry is to ask yourself: What are the facts about a situation?

It is here that we must distinguish between what you are assuming, old beliefs you bring to the situation versus what the facts actually are.

We all face challenges. Finding healthy ways to be in a situation or work with a problem, can really change the energy of a situation and how we feel. Stressful events and relationships, poor ways of handling stress and negative patterns and perceptions can all get in the way of living with more ease.

Good therapy is about feeling safe, exploring and processing your experiences and their effects on you. It requires a readiness, honesty and trust, as you navigate your way out of your storm.

Learning to love ourselves can be tricky, especially after years of neglecting our inner dialogue and inner self worth. For example, if you are a perfectionist, it is very unlikely you will be feeling a sense of ease and well being most of the time. This is because you are always reaching for an invisible standard which rarely can be met. There are times when I become a mirror and reflect or prompt your natural wisdom to come through, such that it becomes a pattern....and you feel it as your own.
