8PM Flow is no longer just a class… it’s your midweek reset.

Move, breathe, unwind… and then melt into stillness.
We’ll close your practice with:
✨ lavender essential oil cool towels (face or hands, your choice)
✨ soft lighting + a calming atmosphere
✨ a mini sound bath with healing bowls to fully ground you

Join us every Thursday morning for a Pilates class from 8:30–9:30am, then we’ll head uptown for a coffee, a walk, and some good conversation ☕🚶‍♀️
There’s nothing better than moving your body, then taking that energy out into fresh air and connection. Such a simple way to start your day feeling good.
Not able to make the class? You’re still welcome to join us for the walk! We’ll be leaving the studio at 9:45am each week.
