Achieve Balance offers Naturopathic Medicine, Physiotherapy, Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Athletic Therapy, Manual Osteopathy, Counselling (Woolwich Counselling Centre). We currently offer Naturoapthic Medicine, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy.

This workshop supports parents and caregivers of children with ADHD by providing practical knowledge and strategies tailored to their child's unique needs. It covers understanding ADHD characteristics, improving communication, and creating supportive home environments—including routines and physical setups—to promote the child’s development and well-being.

💚 We are blown away by the incredible response of our Woolwich community to Mental Health Awareness Month! 💚

From green decorations across town to active participation in our Move-A-Thon, meaningful conversations in schools, churches, senior groups, businesses, community organizations, and families, and inspiring community-led mini-fundraisers — YOU showed up in powerful, heartfelt ways. Your support, energy, and solidarity remind us just how strong we are when we come together for mental health.

A huge THANK YOU from all of us — staff, board, and volunteers alike. 🙏
