Dr Gordon spent the past weekend in Calgary at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic Lyceum, learning alongside leading researchers like Heidi Haavik, was a powerful reminder of why this work matters.
What continues to stand out is how modern neuroscience is deepening our understanding of the relationship between the spine and the brain—and how that connection shapes the way we move, adapt, and engage with the world around us.
This ongoing learning helps inform how chiropractic care can better support:
• Smoother, more coordinated movement
• Greater awareness of how the body works and responds
• Improved adaptability in the face of physical and daily stress
