She first developed a passion for the human body during an exercise science class that was offered during her final year of high school. Following this passion, she traveled to Halifax, NS where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University. Upon graduation, Dr. Hosie remained in Halifax where she worked as a Kinesiologist while she explored her options for further education. It was a really positive experience with a local chiropractor that sparked her interest in the profession. She promptly applied and was accepted to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and the following August she returned to Toronto to begin her chiropractic journey. After four years of extensive study, she graduated Cum Laude and with Clinic Honours from CMCC and is now practicing in Toronto. In addition to her education at CMCC, Dr. Hosie completed the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program in June 2015. Dr. Hosie’s approach to care is evidence-informed and patient-centered. She employs a variety of techniques including spinal and extremity manipulation/mobilizations, muscle release therapy, electro-acupuncture, kinesiotaping, vibration therapy and active rehabilitation to ensure that each patient is able to reach their full potential. ✨GROWCO Postnatal rehab series is back!

GROWCO is a doctor-led, evidence-based protocol for healing diastasis, restoring your core and pelvic floor and preventing common postnatal issues such as low back pain, incontinence, postural strain etc.

A typical 60min class includes:
🌟Breath work
🌟Core + pelvic floor rehab
🌟Upper + lower body strengthening
🌟Total body conditioning

Series Details:
2 classes per week for 4 weeks
Tuesdays & Thursdays
10:30-11:30am
Starting November 16th
In person at .fitness
$200

Registration is open to existing patients ONLY. If you would like to participate but are not an existing patient please contact me to book an initial assessment prior to the start of the series. Insurance receipts will be provided after each class.

💫We are excited to announce that we have been given the OK to commence gradual re-opening!

Ontario’s phase 1 directive has been amended to allow for all non-essential and elective services carried out by health care providers to be gradually restarted.

We have been busy creating new policies and procedures to ensure that our clients are able to receive the care they deserve in the safest possible environment.

We will be outlining our new procedures in an upcoming post as well as in a newsletter to all existing clients of the clinic so stay tuned for that!

We are planning to re-open for some services as early as June 1st!
