Meet Chantal Stieler, RMT 🤲

As a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years, Chantal has developed a keen sense of observation. Listening to her clients and noticing small changes such as alterations in posture and gait, assist her with developing treatment plans with her clients.

It is in her nature to be a detective and she has become skilled at uncovering the underlying cause of these ailments and imbalances, wanting to get to the root cause while addressing symptoms of pain and tension.

Chantal combines the benefits of both Swedish massage and deep tissue techniques in her massage practice, offering a truly restorative treatment. Relieving stress and tension, improving circulation and general lymphatic drainage, while addressing those stubborn knots and holding patterns.

She supports her client’s health and well being through a collaborative, empathetic and personalized approach.

Chantal will be in the clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Alternate Saturdays. Booking is now live on Jane 🔗
