Summer tends to slow things down—especially in this heat - but community care doesn’t take a vacation, and neither do the needs in our city.
At DC Fitness, we believe in showing up—not just for our workouts, but for each other and our wider KW community. That’s why we jumped in when one of our amazing members invited us to be part of a pillow drive benefiting local shelters, women’s homes, and community housing.
🧡 Pillows are a small but critical item—and something many community organizations are actively short on. Your donation can help someone in transition, in crisis, or in healing find a soft place to lay their head.
You’ll still find the Pillow Donation Pile near The Cave—and we’re extending the drive through July 11 to give more of us a chance to join in.
➡️ How to Help.... Bring in a new pillow the next time you’re at the gym and place it in the collection area. It’s a simple way to make a big difference.
