The days are shorter, the nights are longer, and winter can start to feel heavy.

Did you know that a little “sunshine” even small touches of light and warmth, can lift your mood and support your mental health?

Here are a few simple ways to bring light into your day: open your curtains and soak up daylight, carve out a cozy corner with soft textures and warm lighting, move your body with a short walk or gentle stretch, or add pops of color around your space.
