Here on our page we're going to post cutting edge articles about injury prevention and management, and we're also going to keep you updated on Team Canada's progress at training camp and the ICU Worlds! We currently operate in four locations: Ultimate Canadian Cheer in Pickering, ON, Cheer Sport Sharks in Cambridge, ON, Power Cheer Toronto in Mississauga, ON and Beach Cheer Athletics in Toronto, ON. We offer Registered Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy, and would be honoured to treat you!

Everyone meet Jessica! She’s a first year physio student who will be working with Simone at BCA South and CSS Toronto for the next 6 weeks. She’s super excited to have my 1st placement here! In her free time, she enjoys dancing and making choreography, going to the gym, and trying out the many cafes/restaurants in the city.

Jessica knew she wanted to be a PT when she took a rehabilitation science course in undergrad and learned more about the scope of practice! The idea of playing a big role in someone’s recovery really appealed to her. Also, because of dance she’s always been a lover of learning about movement and the way our body works!
