Yikes! 🤯 I blew my SFN diet this weekend and the month isn’t over yet. BUT I’m trying to get back on the band wagon and finish strong 💪.
We’re almost at the end of the month and so I’m thinking about what’s next?!
- Keeping up the shakes: Honestly, I’ve enjoyed the shakes and I think I’ll keep those going at least 5 days/week.
- More fruit: Also, this month I ate way more fruit than I normally do and I want to keep that up.
