Breast health isn’t just about screenings, it’s also about how you care for your body day to day.

Your lymphatic system plays a key role in keeping breast tissue healthy, but unlike other systems, it doesn’t have a pump. It relies on movement, breath… and gentle support.

Incorporating lymphatic breast massage into your routine can help encourage circulation, reduce fluid buildup, and deepen your connection with your body.

Paired with St. Francis Herb Farm Breast Oil, this simple ritual becomes a moment of nourishment for both body and mind.

Start slow. Stay consistent. And most importantly, listen to your body.

Have you been feeling… a little off lately?

For many women, perimenopause can begin in the late 30s or early 40s, and the signs aren’t always what people expect.

Some common symptoms include:

• Irregular periods
• Trouble sleeping
• Mood swings or increased anxiety
• Brain fog or forgetfulness
• Hot flashes or night sweats

Because these changes can happen gradually, many women don’t realize hormones may be playing a role.

That’s exactly why conversations like this matter.

On March 26, we’re hosting a special screening of The M Factor 2: Before the pause followed by a live panel discussion with local practitioners to talk openly about perimenopause, menopause, and women’s health.
