🥳 PBT turns 17! 🥳
Seventeen years ago, I launched this company with a vision to redefine what was possible in ABA therapy. It was about more than just delivering a service; it was about building a company dedicated to providing high-quality care for all families.

The idea of starting my own company was daunting, but I was driven by a simple goal: to bring quality, compassionate, and science-driven care closer to those who needed it most, especially in our local community.

The journey to where we are today has been incredible!
We grew from a small 1-person operation to a strong, vital organization in our region.

The reason we are celebrating 17 years of success, is not just from my initial vision, but the collective strength, dedication, and resilience of an extraordinary group of people: the team at PBT!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to my incredible team. You are the heart and soul of this company.
While I may have started the company, it's our team who built it, shaped its culture, and breathed life into the mission every single day.

Thank you to every family we have met along the way. It has been our privilege to witness the incredible progress and joy that comes with each new skill learned. We are honoured to be a part of your family's journey, and look forward to continuing to support our local families.
