Come sit with us in a sacred plant medicine ceremony; dive deep within; receive energetic support for the duration of your inner journey; start living life on your own terms, for your highest good.

Join us in a space designed for deep introspection and transformation. Your hosts, Ang and Karen, are intuitive energy healers who blend shamanism and reiki along with other energy modalities into their work. Drawing on connection to our dear Mother Earth and the teachings of the ancestors, they'll create a container where you can safely traverse your own inner depths.

What you need to bring:
Pillows, blankets and a mat to make yourself a comfy nest
Water bottle
Mug for tea
Lip balm
Journal
Any crystals or other sacred items you'd like to have with you
Your intentions for the ceremony and an open heart and mind
Optional: a biodegradable offering for the altar

What you can expect:
Private intake call ahead of time, with direction for your preparation and to answer any questions you may have
Upon arrival at the space, you will find your spot and get comfy
Group discussion and introductions
Opening of the circle and a short grounding practise
Serving of the ceremonial tea
Deeply immersive sound bath
Carefully curated background soundtrack for the duration of the experience
Energetic support, cleansing and clearing as it's needed, facilitated by your hosts
Gentle sound bath to guide as you emerge from the depths of your journey
Group integration discussion with snacks to help you ground back in to your body

Shine all we can say is Amazing….We had the best day from arrival to departure. With the smiley faces and the minions help… love the shirts by the way, the music play list on point, the food was absolutely scrumptious….we both had the lobster roll…wow, the space and the setup were perfect, the singer…yes so great, the whole energy of the room…the venders, the healers the readers incredible, we were steady busy from opening the doors to closing…..Vicky you outdid yourself once again….you continue to Shine. ✨
