I offer doula care services for the pregnancy, birth and postpartum period.

Birth and Postpartum Doula services
Prenatal counselling and support
Birth education and preparation session
Parenting circles
Ceremonies and rituals for the perinatal period This can include:
-In-home prenatal visits to discuss all the changes of pregnancy, to prepare and make plans for the birth and to learn about baby care and the postpartum period.
-Birth support, including accompaniment to your birth at the hospital with your doctor, or with your midwife for a home or birthing center birth. To offer emotional support, massage and acupressure points, a coach for Dad so that he can support his partner to his fullest potential.
-Postnatal doula care. Includes preparing meals and snacks, tidying up the house, caring for baby while you rest, postpartum massage and rebozo care, and processing of the birth.

For those of you who might not of heard, every Monday I host a parent & child group at the Knowlton Community Center through ACLB for FREE.
