Adjustments look and feel different for everyone! Not everyone needs to be adjusted, and often times it’s actually not necessary for relief! 👀

How much relief you feel from an adjustment, and for how long, can depend on things like whether your pain is chronic or acute, your age, your body’s natural response to treatment, and many other factors.

Since relief varies across people and each specific concern, we always discuss all your options to figure out what treatment is best for you BEFORE doing an adjustment... no “quick-fix” neck cracking around here! 😅🦴

From hormone shifts, mood swings, sleep issues, body changes, and wondering what happened to your libido… that’s why we’re hosting a 2-HOUR IN-PERSON SEMINAR to help you better understand what’s going on in your body and ways to support it.
