2 simple ways to support your immune health this winter ❄️

1 — Prioritize your sleep! 😴 This is when your body has time to rest and recover, which impacts your immune health and helps you avoid getting sick.

2 — Limit refined sugar. Even a single sugary drink or dessert is shown to significantly suppress immune function for hours... not so great for fighting off a flu! 🤒

There are many other ways to avoid falling sick, but these are two things you can do daily that have a massive impact on your immune health!

There’s alot of talk about magnesium online these days, but most people aren’t quite sure which type they need (if any!)... so here are a few general tips:

💤 sleep and neurological concerns → magnesium bisglycinate often works well!
💨 gastrointestinal (GI) issues → magensium citrate can be very effective!

The type and dosage varies from person to person, so we always recommend talking to a healthcare professional to determine which supplements are right for you.

Low back pain? Not on our watch 🤭

Pain in these areas is quite common, especially for people sitting at their desk all day... but the good news is that a few minutes of stretching throughout the day can really help eliminate the constant trension.

Try adding this easy stretch to your daily routine to help alleviate some of that lower back of Sacroiliac (SI) joint pain!
