2 simple ways to support your immune health this winter ❄️
1 — Prioritize your sleep! 😴 This is when your body has time to rest and recover, which impacts your immune health and helps you avoid getting sick.
2 — Limit refined sugar. Even a single sugary drink or dessert is shown to significantly suppress immune function for hours... not so great for fighting off a flu! 🤒
