1️⃣ Bleeding gums aren’t normal
They’re usually a sign of gingivitis or inflammation — your mouth’s way of asking for a bit more care.

2️⃣ Cavities often start between teeth
Brushing can’t reach those tight spaces, which is why flossing (or interdental brushes) makes such a big difference.

3️⃣ Your toothbrush should be replaced every 3 months
Frayed bristles don’t clean effectively — even if the brush looks fine.
