This September, I broke my wrist.
I was thrown out of the massage therapy game, severely limited at home, and left questioning what I was capable of.
Then I started choosing tiny acts of care: daily mini meditations, warm cups of tea at bedtime, slow breaths as faced my limitations, gentle chair yoga.
It wasn’t fancy — but it worked. I felt calmer, more present, and actually felt joy and peace during what was a terribly difficult time.
✨ That experience inspired me to share my *Self-Care Yoga Challenge*.
