I’m having creatine , calcium, omega 3,s , magnesium,potassium ,vitamin C , lots of fibre ,& enzymes coming from sardines,avocado, leafy greens,dulse,tomatoes , cabbage and lots of broccoli sprouts for lunch . What are you having??
